The AMRAD Arduino Developer’s Kit consists of a Nano, liquid crystal display and USB cable. The Nano is a basic microcontroller platform with 22 general purpose input/output ports of which 8 may be used as analog inputs having 10-bit resolution. The Nano has pins spaced at the standard 0.1-inch (2.54mm) making it ideal for solderless breadboards or embedding on stripboard. The backlit liquid crystal display provides two lines of 16 characters. The display has an I2C interface using only two of the analog ports.
The kit comes with the Arduino pre-programmed with a welcome message using both character and limited graphic capabilities of the display.
