AMRAD Meetings

Meetings are open to non-members, so don't be shy. Consider yourself invited. Monthly meetings are reserved for technical talks, with one exception: The Annual Meeting in December of each year is an opportunity to hear from the Board of Directors and for members to voice their ideas. In between Annual Meetings, the business of the organization is conducted by the Board.

Monthly meetings are held the second Thursday of each month, starting at 7:30 PM at the Dolley Madison Library, 1244 Oak Ridge Ave., McLean VA. Talk in is on the AMRAD repeater on 147.21 MHz. The library is NW of the intersection of Virginia Rte 123 and Old Dominion Blvd.  (Click here for directions.)

Saturday luncheons are held weekly around 12:30 PM at Tippy's Taco House 8632 Lee Highway (US Rte 29) near Cedar Lane, Merrifield, (Fairfax), VA (Map)

FM talk-in is on 147.81/147.21 MHz.
